The love hate relationship of 6th grade

Ok well I have started sixth grade and I really enjoy it but, there are a few things not so awsome about sixth grade. Let us begin with the positive shall we? First i like the lockers, some teachers, lunch choices and all the cool classes you can take but, I still have second opinions on the school you see.I have figured out not to leave a single material in your locker or u can have one more chance to ,us bathroom, get a drink ext.Well lets just say it is kinda cruel to only give 2 passes to do those things. In addition to that i only have three mintues to get to my classes on the first and second floor boo! and use the restroom (if needed). So far things are good but, i am still finding a way around those two negative things about the new school but ,for now i am stuck.

Always expect the unexpected

We woke up this morning fresh and exited , had a yummy breckie and were off on a wild (short cut).....the waiter gave us.All was well once the damage from our detour was cleaned, and once on the highway we were off at a cheesy native place. The reason why it was cheesy was that there was nothing to do with native americans but,we were able to get a pamphlet to a soda pop place with over 500 different flavors! Although it took an hour to get to I was busy knitting a frog green hat and, checking out route 66.

When we arrived there was a monstrous building with millions of colored soda bottles sitting inside the shop with clear walls and an awesome structure.

With lunch I enjoyed Juicy Pear Jolly Rancher soda (lime green). We filled up the monster RV and drove off into a dark cloud of smoke.

Realizing where we were headed was ,the direction of a wild fire, we pulled off at a Starbucks for coffee and smoothies. (I do not recommend the chocolate without the banana )Once we were inside and sitting down with our joy in a cup,it started to rain! I mean hard.

Running to keep our clothes dry, we found that the a.c. was leaking with H2o. Not only that ,but we had to use the emergency start. Just about an hour and a half out of OK city our R.V. 's motor started lurching forward and back ward. With my mothers misplaced phone and a need to powder our noses we pulled off, since we had used the emergency start we couldn't give the motor a break to cool down.We decided to run and hope for the best once we had gotten all loaded off we went down what seemed to be the entrance to the highway.Well, it was really the entrance to a small town but right before we hit the welcome sign the monster bailed on us.

Some how we got the helpless rolling rock to The Ramada Inn,but doing everything she could to stop the monster my godmom's help wasn't needed ,and as the awning met the roof of the monster it was love at first sight until the roof decided that he wasn't her type. And as we watched in horror of how the monster took her feelings out on the poor helpless awning, we found a new addition to my bed - a sunroof ! What a lovely addition to the spot where I always hit my head. (Not a problem any more!)

Although I wasn't to thrilled ,we are now in a hotel in the middle of nowhere knitting hats and repeating  the same old puzzles we have already done ,still we are hoping for the new R.V. to come tomorrow and save the day or so we hope.

St.Louis here we come!

We arrived in St. Louis to be surprised by an unworking fridge. We tried fixing it overnight but only worked while the RV was plugged in. In hopes that it would charge up and 'magically fix itself', we left it go all night. Sadly, when we woke up, the fridge was still not working when we unplugged the RV. Luckily, we had an RV repair shop not too far away from our big activity - the St. Louis City Museum!

While my brother and I, my cousin and mom hung out at the museum, my godmom took the RV to get fixed (or so we hoped). While doing crafts and cramming ourselves through small holes in the ground and various wall paper tubes, still hoping the RV would work my godmom showed up at the museum proclaiming - all fixed!

We hit the road aiming for Oklahoma. On the way I listened my godmom's spare iPod while we pulled in to Meramec Caverns. Panning for gems and eating yummy fudge we returned to the road in the monster mobile.

Tired and exhausted, we found a hotel just outside of Missouri. Because there was a Asian festival going on and a tornado had hit the area so the rooms were filled with Asians, doctors and workers.

Here I am climbing in a metal tube!

Here we are panning and the results!
